I always find that wisest books for real estate brokers are the shortest. This is a compact, easy-reading book that reinforces how I've been re-molding my practice over the last year, with some additions I hadn't considered before. The author is saying that if you believe in your own abilities and moral business behavior, be not afraid to tell it to your market, one-on-one.

Mr. Carruth sounds to be part of a new breed in broker education that emphasizes the personal touch over the hard sell. Many "gurus" in our business are stuffing the word "branding" down everyone's throat, but the brand is not logos, slogans or leased BMW's. It's rather that if you truly work in clients' best interest, they need you because there aren't enough of you. So you should have no fear to be out there, personally letting as many prospects as you can know the benefits working with you provides them. Then your branding initiatives (which he strongly believes in) reinforce that impact.

In my market, some of the biggest-selling brokers have hard-sell, their-money-first reputations. It turns off the honest broker who has a lot to offer clients, but isn't obsessed by money. Zero to Diamond has enabled me to see a higher financial path that doesn't compromise my personality nor ethics.

Bought this aug 2017. Connected so much with his advice on so many levels I had to join his coaching program afterward. He speaks to me on so many levels. The low pressure approach. Consistency. Plant seeds and keep moving forward not stuck on one client. His laid back, hardworking attitude and mindset. His approach on what to do on a weekly schedule is powerful. I know the rewards of his program will come to fruition. if u just keep moving forward and see success with the actions. Not sales results. They will come he says when the action plan is sustained. The results will come. This is what he teaches and is it resonates with me. Thank u Ricky for sharing ur tools with the world.
If your looking for a magic pill to real estate, this book isn't for you. If your looking for the real, sure-fire way to the top, Ricky has captured what to do and how to get there. Thank you Mr. Carruth for caring enough to write this book for the rest of us.
Excellent book. Definitely a must read for all agents either brand new, experienced top producers, or somewhere in the middle. Ricky gives you a step by step, play by play road map of what it is he did to go from Zero to Diamond! He gives you and tells you exactly what to do. This book is easy to read and very easy to stay engaged in. I love all the principles and all the value Ricky provides and brings to the table. Do yourself a favor, BUY THIS BOOK and don't just read it... APPLY IT!!! If you do what Ricky teaches you to do in this book then I am convinced that you too can go from Zero to Diamond. I can't beleive my grandson has written this beautiful book. I'm so proud of you. Most of my family played musical instruments, but my mother was a writer. He must get it from her, and I am truly, truly thankful.
Ricky's results speak for themselves...his approach and mindset are a great blueprint for Realtors at any point in their career. Besides the outline of how to lead generate using circle prospecting, his strategy of not "babysitting" current deals that suck unnecessary time from future deals is so helpful. Ricky is a good example of someone who "crushes it" in business, and then takes that success and uses it to help others unselfishly.
Ricky, I read your book, cover to cover last night, now that's a feat in itself for me. My gosh, the best, most concise, to the point real estate book I've read and I have read nearly every real estate book out there. This is Awesome!! I cold call, but use the dialogue from one very highly successful coach that was a top 5 producer nationwide years ago, but after reading this, I will be changing to your dialogue tomorrow to connect on a much more personal level with new clients, as well as with past clients and SOI. In my current business, I also utilize the systems and procedures from another wonderful coach who uses similar communication that fits my demeanor for other sources of business. I must say, the way Ricky presents this book, totally resonates with my personality and business model.

I've been involved in several different coaching programs and just the advice in this book is really all that one needs. Yes, one may need some hand holding or something a little stronger to get moving, but this, in my opinion is the best advice one could ever receive. Follow it and you will succeed.

Section two focuses on actions of a Top Producing real estate agent. He provides actions to find prospects all the way to the closing. His script is unique and effective. His script and his explanation on how to use the script is epic. Section three focuses on maintaining high production. This section is like having your own motivational coach. He shares from his heart and desires all to succeed and maintain being a Top Producer.
